stopscoll not working after writing VBA

HI I wolud just like to save my excel workbook with stopscroll. Following mr excel podcast this is what I have done.

I have enabled macro setting to " disable all macros with notification".
with work book open press alt f11. select workbook and it opens left code box?, select workbook at top which also says open at the top. input code.

Worksheets("Sheet7").ScrollArea = "A1:AU115"

then press alt Q to get back to excel page. But it just does not work? I cant see a save botton in the VBA page, Do I need to turn anything else on? in or outside the VBA

On the VBA page I can write the stopscoll in the bottom left properties sheet box which works but does not save.

If you've put that code into the WorkBook Open event area, then it will run when the workbook is next opened.
