Strange Cut Issue

For some strange reason excel won't cut all rows if cells in column I is empty. I am using the following code:

[..]

Dim sRng As Range
Dim cell2 As Range

Set sRng = Sheets("Sheet1").Range([I2], [I65536].End(xlUp))

For Each cell2 In sRng

If cell2.Value = "" OR Empty Then

cell2.EntireRow.Select
Selection.Cut
Sheets("Sheet4").Select
ActiveSheet.Paste
ActiveCell.Offset(1, 0).Select

Sheets("Sheet1").Activate

End If
Next

[..]

The strange thing is that if I remove the troublesome rows then some other rows remain in the list that used to be cut.

Has anyone else had the same problem (and more important how did you fix it :)?
