streched cells column

i want to search sheets for "Hulpkolom" in the first row this value sometimes appeares in a streched cell.

i want to select all columns where "Hulpkolom" is found in, start another search that ONLY looks in the columns that where selected by the previous (search for "Hulpkolom") and if the searchvalue is not found in the selection i want it to be searched in the whole sheet (this because some data is more up to date in those columns)

It would be awesome if someone could find the answer to this problem!
