I've done this in VBA and it works but is exceptionally slow when running, I have a spreadsheet attached and I am really hoping someone can slap me round the head and say this is real simple! Ive spent hours trying to find the correct formula to do this!!

Basically i have a column of drivers names with shifts they are driving. I want a section at the top while collates a quick view (which updates as you change) showing who's doing what and when. Tried, MATCH, INDEX, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP but just can't seem to make it work. Fed up of seeing #N/A and #REF !!

Basically as you enter a driving post n the lower section I want it to populate the top

I'm not bad a vba but i'm rubbish at formulas, is there anyway anyone can you help!!!
