I need help from and Excel Macro SME please answer each question by providing a brief detailed summary.

• What factors make the use of macros a difficult task or procedure to perform?
• What are some of the complexities of using macros which requiring special attention?
• What are some difficulties an employee encounters when implementing macro functions performing task/process/procedure?
• What are some of the positive qualities of using macro functions in MS Excel?
• How do you think macros should be taught? (by multimedia, on-line, etc.) Why?
• Who is the intended audience of this subject matter?
• What is your familiarity, or attitude about the use of macros in MS Excel?
