Subdisplay

Hi

Im using some code on a button on a form. The idea is it display a different fome when clicked. Its shoes the form no problem but I cant then add records deletet etc.

Private Sub Cmdstaff_Click()
Forms!Frmmain!Subdisplay.SourceObject = "FrmIniative"
End Sub

Any ideas?
