Subtract method using cells in range

Dear expert out there!

With Sat spirit, please help.

I am trying to do math routine using index, cells and range like:
"Range(Cells(x,10) = Range(Cells(x,2)) - Range(Cells(x,3))"

The macro does not work! I am wrong some where.

Need your guide.

Cells(x, 10) = Cells(x, 2) - Cells(x, 3)
