Subtracting Time

I have been trying to subtract time and have tried all the suggestion I have reviewed on the message board and external links and still cannot get it to work. The spreadsheet originally had time displayed as 11:20:01 a.m. I used text-to-column and separated the time from a.m. Looking at the spreadsheet everything is working except when the time changes from a.m. to p.m. When I look at the p.m. time field, it shows as a.m. and I am getting a negative number. See row D.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!!
