Subtracting without affect overall total

hi, im a noobie with excel but what i am trying to do is in A7-A22,B7-B22 C7-C22etc, that have a bunch of numbers +5,+6,-10,-12..etc etc and then column / column total * 100 get a percentage, but when i have more negatives what i need is to put the negatives in without counting towards the column score and all 3 column score but adding the minus towards A7-C7 overall score..A7+10,B+7,C7-2 = and do 10+7-2 = 15..but eg C7+10,C8+11,C9-25 = 10+11-25 = 22.. doing the 10/22*100..but with the -25 have that only subtracted at the very end no the column, sorry if im hard to understand i am 14
