Sum Function

I would like the sum of cells in Column G if there is any value listed in Column J on the corresponding row.

Ex: G2= 99 J2 =ABC
G3= 52 J3 - 12547

If there is a value listed in column G, but the corresponding row does not have any value listed in column J, it will not include that in the final sum.


My formula will go into cell F55

How about

=SUMIF(J3:J100, "<>", G3:G100)

Try

=SUMIF(J2:J3,"<>",G2:G3)
