Hi, I need to sum if only both cells (B & C) are not blank. Some rows are totally blank, as we need to export the data from a system, thus there will be some weird formatting. Example as below

Sheet1:

In the example above, I need the result to return in another sheet as below:

Sheet 2:

Basically, only sum B & C if both columns have value in them (even if it's 0), and only for specific products as indicated in Sheet 2. Sheet 1 may have other products which I do not need.

Thanks!
Irene

Excel Facts

Workdays for a market open Mon, Wed, Friday?
Yes! Use "0101011" for the weekend argument in NETWORKDAYS.INTL or WORKDAY.INTL. The 7 digits start on Monday. 1 means it is a weekend.
Thanks for the feedback. Glad we were able to help you.
It would have been interesting to know why the SumProduct Habtest sent you didn't give the same result for future reference. It looked to be working when I tried it on my small set of data. If you have the inclination and still have it in your spreadsheet somewhere, can you send us the sumproduct formula as you had it in your spreadsheet. Don't go to any trouble though it is just for interest.

Hi Alex.

So sorry, I've deleted the sample file.. it returned a value that I can't figure out where it came from...
