Sum Index match with same criteria

Dear Expert,
I'm struggling with a condition for the criteria with index function

Name	Amount	For PO Number	Remaining Value	Name	PO Number	Total PO Value
Raj	6,500.00	2229	43,500.00	Raj	2229	50,000.00
Sam	2,500.00	2230	57,500.00	Sam	2230	60,000.00
Jack	3,000.00	2231	72,000.00	Jack	2231	75,000.00
Raj	4,500.00	2229	39,000.00	Raj	2232	45,000.00
Raj	9,500.00	2232	35,500.00
Sam	4,800.00	2230	52,700.00

If we do Po for a person the total value will minus after releasing the next payment against the Po
For Ex. Raj total Po amount 50000 against Po no 2229 then payment released 6500 and 4500 so final is 39000
Please share the formula how to do it.
