SUM min values in a column which only equal values in another column

I am working on a price analysis sheet for offers for a number of suppliers.
I am trying to get the total minimum price for each supplier individually.
What function should I use here

without using manual selection (if I have 120 lines, for example)??

For that layout try this in D12 and copy it to F12 and H12

=SUM(FILTER(D3:D11,D3:D11=$J3:$J11,0))

BTW, I suggest that you investigate XL2BB for providing sample data to make it easier for helpers by not having to manually type out sample data to test with.
