i am using a v-lookup to get the commission rates of sales people. however, i'm running into issues because some of them have gotten multiple commissions and it's listed in the spreadsheet this way. for example,
employee number - employee name - commission amount (are the columns on both spreadsheets i am using)
0210 joe johnson $25
0210 joe johnson $35
0210 joe johnson $400
i use my v-lookup to match their employee numbers to the employee and derive the value from column "3" (commission). but now i see many of them have been paid multiple commissions. Any way to add these, or am i resolved to do it manually? Thank you.
This is my current formula: =IFERROR(VLOOKUP($A$4:$A$100,'Q12015'!$A$2:$C$380,3,FALSE),0)
**I have an IFERROR because some of them haven't received a commission and I want to see that as well.
many thanks for any help you can provide!!!
