SUM negative numbers then make it absolute

Hi, I have to total a column of numbers using the formulas
1) =SUMIF(J:J,">0")
2) =SUMIF(J:J,"<0")

But for number 2 I need the result to be absolute number, not a negative. Can I put in a ABS function in the formula? Thanks for help.
