Sum of a row until it's >= 0.5 then start over again

Hi there,

I'm looking to get the sum of a row until it's >= 0.5 then have it start over again. For values that are already >= 0.5 I'd like to have the value rounded up. I've provided an example below. I'm hoping to get the output in the last 7 columns.
