Sum of Positive/Negative Sequence on Each Row

Need help on formula to apply in my research data.

Display sum for each row as long as it not break the rule.

For postive value rule:
Value on each row must >0
Reset sum when next row value <=0

Then, apply formula in Column C to show only max value/end result for each sequence in Column B.

This data a bit advance since it need to consider other column as well.

For postive value rule:
Value on each row Column A & B must >0
Reset sum when next row in Column A or B <=0

Then, apply formula in Column D to show only max value/end result for each sequence from Column C.

@ibmy I was stuck on max value/end result for the longest time as I didn't read it properly and didn't understand what needs to be done.
