Sum of values INCLUDING Start & End Dates

B2:B9999=Date & C2:C9999=Values
E2:E9999=Start Date & F2:F9999=End Date
Output required G2:G9999 as total of C column INCLUDING Start Date’s Value & End Date’s Value.

How to accomplish?
I am using Excel 2007.

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.
maybe something like...

G2=SUMIFS($C$2:$C$9999,$B$2:$B$9999,">="&E2,$B$2:$B$9999,"<="&F2)
