Sum of values with dynamic reference

Hi everyone,

Can someone help with a formula for below scenario,

The values in Cells D1, D2 and D3 are user inputs.
A formula in B16 should sum values in database (ie sum of B6 to B11)

Example :

I think you want to look into the "indirect" formula for this one
