I’m trying to create a formula that can sum two or more columns in a data table based off of certain parameters.

Here is the formula I have now:

=sumif(table[Department Number], “110”, (offset(table(#headers],[2019-02],1,0,counta(table[2019-02],0),-2)))

The adjacent columns are 2019-01 and 2019-03. The formula “works” and sums. However, I can’t seem to get the formula to pickup both 2019-02 and 2019-01 data with the formula above.

What am I missing?

Does the VLOOKUP table have to be sorted?
No! when you are using an exact match, the VLOOKUP table can be in any order. Best-selling items at the top is actually the best.
