Hello,

I am currently using this function below but it is only pulling the first lookup value rather than summing all of values that fall within the index match.

=SUMPRODUCT(INDEX('Spend'!$T$2:$AE$21,MATCH($A3,'Spend'!$D$2:$D$21,0),MATCH(Model!B$1,'Spend'!$T$1:$AE$1,0)))

Please let me know if I can provide any additional information!

Excel Facts

Which lookup functions find a value equal or greater than the lookup value?
MATCH uses -1 to find larger value (lookup table must be sorted ZA). XLOOKUP uses 1 to find values greater and does not need to be sorted.
MATCH will find only the first match, so your INDEX function is returning only one cell. Try this instead:
Excel Formula:
=SUMPRODUCT((Spend!$T$2:$AE$21)*(Spend!$D$2:$D$21=$A3)*(Spend!$T$1:$AE$1=Model!B$1))
