Sum Sort Of Count Formula

I need a formula that gives me a running total of the same data in the adjacent cell then when it changes it starts again. See table.

Select a hidden cell
Somehide hide payroll data in column G? Press F5. Type G1. Enter. Look in formula bar while you arrow down through G.
Thanks, I knew it was quite easy, couldn't remember it!
