Sum the Values based on Criteria Columns

Hi,

I have this columns in my worsheet (Year, Month,(Renewal or New), # of Order s for Book1, # of Order for Book2). My question, how to do I add the total number of orders for Book 1 for Year 2010, January orders and Renewal type).

I need a formula on how to do this one.
