In actual I have more than 10 sheets.

In the main sheet the Unique Products and the Unique quality will be displayed with the help of the formula

In the main sheet the total of each product according to qualties should be dispalyed


Plz help.

I want to sum the Sizes in Column A with according to different qualities in Different columns in Different sheets...

Listen carefully:

Andrew Poulsom suggested in this thread at the very beginning:

"Use a Pivot Table with multiple consolidation ranges."

That's what you should do, because a formula-based approach requires array-formulals and/or SumProduct formula along with some functions of the morefunc.xll add-in. In the worst case, these formulas have to process:

10 x 3000 = 30000 records per quality. If you have 10 types of quality, the figure becomes: 300000. The time such an amount processing needs will be hours. So, I urge you to take up Andrew's pivot table suggestion. This does not involve any formulas at all.

Suppose I will be having not more than 50 Recoreds in Column A and nnot more than 6 Quality.

I dont know the ABC of the Pivot Table

Everything you need formulawise is already given mianmazher and to you. You only need to adapt them to your set up!

No excuse. And it's zillion times easier than the formulas you have been given.
