Hi,

I have this sample of a table from which I want to collect the quatities from the different product references (ACB 1 to 7) using the date also as a condition.

You can see that in the posted picture i have the table with the source of information and the table below the result that i need to have but my problem is how to do it in a easy way without macros because i never worked with macros.

How to fill five years of quarters?
Type 1Q-2023 in a cell. Grab the fill handle and drag down or right. After 4Q-2023, Excel will jump to 1Q-2024. Dash can be any character.
Your table didn't show...but ifyou're using Excel 2007 or newer, use SUMIFS. If using an earlier version of Excel...use SUMPRODUCT.
