I have a table with column 1 to 5 containing data. Column 6 is the summation column. At times I need to play around to hide a combination of different columns to see different result. Subtotal function don't seem to work when come to column and I wonder is there is way to solve this.

When they said you are going to "Excel at life", they meant you "will be doing Excel your whole life".
I found the answer to my request from the Microsoft Excel Support Site. Below is the codes

Code:
Function Sum_Visible_Cells(Cells_To_Sum As Object)
    Application.Volatile
    For Each cell In Cells_To_Sum
        If cell.Rows.Hidden = False Then
            If cell.Columns.Hidden = False Then
                total = total + cell.Value
            End If
        End If
    Next
    Sum_Visible_Cells = total
End Function
