Hi using sum product to count the following conditions:

=SUMPRODUCT(--(Data!$F$3:$F$203="professional"),--(Data!$D$3:$D$203 >= "10/1/2005"+0),--(Data!$D$3:$D$203 <= "7/31/2006"+0),--(Data!$I$3:$I$203="AGENCY"))

This works like a charm thanks to Brian from Maui.

Now want to sum the fees in col K if all the above are true.

Tried this, but it incorrectly calculates a 0 sum

=SUMIF(Data!K3:K203,SUMPRODUCT(--(Data!$F$3:$F$203="professional"),--(Data!$D$3:$D$203 >= "10/1/2005"+0),--(Data!$D$3:$D$203 <= "7/31/2006"+0),--(Data!$I$3:$I$203="AGENCY"))>0)

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Just add it to the end of your Sumproduct:

=SUMPRODUCT(--(Data!$F$3:$F$203="professional"),--(Data!$D$3:$D$203 >= "10/1/2005"+0),--(Data!$D$3:$D$203 <= "7/31/2006"+0),--(Data!$I$3:$I$203="AGENCY"),Data!$K$3:$K$203)
