sumif between two dates

hi just looking for a way how i can sum an amount based on the Description and between two dates
Example:

ABCDEFGH
101/09/202130/09/2021DateDescription

it did worked when i changed the date to 02/05/2021 it doesnt work on 01/05/2021

yes i did the change u suggested and it is the same as claire suggested it does work only when the date 02/05/2021 or more
