Sumif depending on two criteria

Complete novice here (well compared to everybody else on this forum, lol)

-----A ----- B ----- C

Apple -- -- Red -- 10
Apple ---- Green -- 6
Orange -- Blue -- 15
Orange -- Blue -- 20
Banana-- - Yellow -- 20
Banana -- Purple -- 10

How can I work out how many of each there are please

Hi, Welcome to the board

To work out Orange and blue using your example:

=sumproduct((a1:a6="orange")*(b1:b6="blue")*(c1:c6)) will result in 35
