SUMIF Multiple Columns based on criteria next to each cell

Wanting to see if there was a solution to sum cells across multiple columns based on criteria next to the value.
I have previously added multiple SumIF formulas together however the data spreads across too many columns.

Excel Facts

Format cells as date
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+3 to format cells as date. (Shift 3 is the # sign which sort of looks like a small calendar).
