Hi,

I have 3 columns (others hidden in between) and I wish to do a sum of £'s (column B) for all January 2011 items on the condition that they = BH

For Jan 11 using code BH I should return £500.00 and for Jan 11 using code CE i should return 1.00 and for Feb 11 for BH I should return £0

Now the details below are on 1 tab and the reading including equalling BH is on another tab but all in same workbook

Column A ColumnB Column C

<TABLE style="WIDTH: 201pt; BORDER-COLLAPSE: collapse" border=0 cellSpacing=0 cellPadding=0 width=267><COLGROUP><COL style="WIDTH: 67pt" width=89><COL style="WIDTH: 67pt" width=89><COL style="WIDTH: 67pt" width=89><TBODY><TR style="HEIGHT: 60.75pt" height=81><TD style="BORDER-BOTTOM: windowtext 1pt solid; BORDER-LEFT: windowtext 1pt solid; BACKGROUND-COLOR: transparent; WIDTH: 67pt; HEIGHT: 60.75pt; BORDER-TOP: windowtext 1pt solid; BORDER-RIGHT: windowtext 1pt solid" class=xl75 height=81 width=89>Date C/N issued</TD><TD style="BORDER-BOTTOM: windowtext 1pt solid; BORDER-LEFT: windowtext; BACKGROUND-COLOR: transparent; WIDTH: 67pt; BORDER-TOP: windowtext 1pt solid; BORDER-RIGHT: windowtext 1pt solid" class=xl77 width=89>C/N value

Can someone give me a formula please to produce the necessary results?
