Sumifs Formula Not Working Properly

hi all.
i have formula like this
i have use define range

=SUMIFS(store_pokok.lelang;lelang_kpknl;input_kpknl;store_tahun.lelang;input_tahun;store_bulan.lampau;"YES")

my problem, formula not working, not show any message error or n/a, etc,,,not show anything and not show error message
how to fix this problem..i want keep use sumifs & define range

what does it show ? Is it really a formula (could be entered as a string) ?
If you use the evaluate-function (in the ribbon formula>formula evaluate) and you go step by step through the formula, what happens ?

You could start by replacing the semicolons ; with commas ,

perhaps ; is his/her regional setting ???
