I currently have an estimating program where you put in the quantity they want of a certain item. Is there a way in excel to summarizes what they ordered without printing or seeing blank rows??. For example, on the following table:
PIPE
SIZE XL S-40 G-40 TOTAL TOTAL QTY
1 1 1 $1.57 2
1.25 1 $0.72 1
1.5 $0.00 0
2 $0.00 0
TOTALS 1 1 1 $2.29 3
I would like a sheet that would show and print the following base on the information above:
Quantity Size Description
1 1" XL
1 1" G-40
1 1.25" S-40
Can this be done without using the Pivot Table Wizard.???
