Summation Problem

Can someone please tell me what is going on here? I've simply added four numbers together. Each number is taken to the hundreth. For some reason excel is adding other numbers way to the right of the decimal in the sum. I found this problem because it kept showing 0.00 rather than a dash (accounting format). Any ideas? Thanks

Can you AutoAverage in Excel?
There is a drop-down next to the AutoSum symbol. Open the drop-down to choose AVERAGE, COUNT, MAX, or MIN
Thanks for your response. I understand the ROUND function. I was wondering whether anyone understands why EXCEL was adding information (albiet very small) to the sum - it was mathematically impossible!
