Summing question

If all my amounts are in one column, including subtotals as divided by categories..
(i.e., amounts for Roofing F4:F6, with the subtotal in F7. and amounts for travel are from F9:F11, with that subtotal in F12. The subtotals are in BOLD.) Is there a way to come up with a formula to add up all bold amounts within a column? Instead of manually pushing plus and then the cell, etc.... it's a fairly large file.
