I've got source data, 3 columns, one with date, one with hh::mm and a third column with a rainfall value. I want to consolidate 5 minute inervals of rainfall data. The source data is from random date time sets (whenever rain was recorded). Thinking (but not hoping) it is a multiple step process but still can't work it out?
