I am using :

=SUMPRODUCT(--(stores!$A$3:$A$5000='run times'!$A9),--(stores!$F$3:$F$5000="N"))

I need to extend this so it also only sums the cells in stores!$G$3:$G$5000 that are not blank.

Any help appreciated

Untested, but this might work...

Code:
=SUMPRODUCT(--(stores!$A$3:$A$5000='run times'!$A9),--(stores!$F$3:$F$5000="N"),--(stores!$G$3:$G$5000<>""))
