Sumproduct Help

Column B is date/time = 07/02/2016 04:00:00

I am only interested in the time so i am using this formula =SUMPRODUCT(--(HOUR(B10:B290)=4)) to count the times that = 04:00.

What I need is a formula that will only count the times that =04:00 if the text in column F10:F290 = Start

I hope this makes sense..

The SUMPRODUCT is an awesome function!

Here's a solution that should work nicely for you.

=SUMPRODUCT((HOUR(B10:B290)=4)*(F10:F290="Start"))

I tried something like that but was using the -- before hour and it kept coming up #value.
