I can't figure out what is wrong with my formula

I have an error message value# and it's like that for every column

The formula is

=SUMPRODUCT($A$2:$A$3000=L$1,--($D$3:$D$4000=$K2))

Try...

=SUMPRODUCT(--($A$2:$A$4000=L$1),--($D$2:$D$4000=$K2))

column references must be equal
