Sunburst chart with percentages of total dollar value

I am trying to make a sunburst chart with 3 to 4 deep categories.
The core of the chart, I want to show the total budget granted ($20,400,000), then the next level I want it to be expense type, the third level is the funding code, and the last level show the percentage of the total budget granted.
