I have Excel 2007. I currently have a chart where I want to swap the data from the x axis to the y axis, and vice versa. I can't figure out how to do it. It should be simple. There is a "Switch Row/Column" button but I tried that and it doesn't work. Any suggestions?

Excel Facts

What do {} around a formula in the formula bar mean?
{Formula} means the formula was entered using Ctrl+Shift+Enter signifying an old-style array formula.
Hi,

What type of chart are you currently using?

If it's a column chart, have you tried changing the Chart Style to a Bar Chart?
I couldn't swap my X and Y and when I changed to a Bar Chart I was pleased with the outcome.

You could take a look here for some tips.....

Good luck
