I have been tasked to synchronize a Salesforce database with an Access database. Has anyone had any experience doing this?

Shade all formula cells
To shade all formula cells: Home, Find & Select, Formulas to select all formulas. Then apply a light fill color.
Are you talking about a one time reconciliation or some ongoing process?

An ongoing process. The venue is a Redwood Library in Newport RI. One of 18 membership libraries in the US. Pro-bono I redid their membership db in Access 2003. The desire now is to use Salesforce for fund raising, but to keep the two dbs in synch.
