Tab Name

Is there a formula that allows you to display the name of the tab in a certain cell?

i.e if the tab is called "South West" then I want this to appear in cell A2.

First make sure the file is saved or the formula won't work. In A2

=TRIM(RIGHT(SUBSTITUTE(CELL("filename",A1),"]",REPT(" ",255)),255))

The file must be saved for this formula to work.
