Hi,

I have a table with 15 columns and the resulting table is too long. How can I shorten it, compact it and otherwise make it so that it prints sensibly and the reader doesn't have to scroll so much to see the whole table?

Thank you,
NIRAV

When did Power Query debut in Excel?
Although it was an add-in in Excel 2010 & Excel 2013, Power Query became a part of Excel in 2016, in Data, Get & Transform Data.
A few suggestions:-
  1. Screen: zoom the view out to 50% or 25%; use a smaller font; decrease the row height; use a filter to display only the data they're interested in.
  2. Printer: scale your output or use 'fit to page'.
  3. Screen & printer: delete some of the data.
