taking data from tables

Hi guys. I have a table with 9 names down the left and a set of values going horizontally off into the distance. There are four column headings for each day of the week.
I want to construct a table that takes the value from the fourth column of each day only. Is there a simple way of doing this?

Copy the required Range and Paste Special...PasteLink next to each other on a separate worksheet.

If you don't want to maintain the link to the orginal data then highlight and copy the table data and use Paste Special... Values option to paste the value overwriting the link formula.

There is over a year's worth of data, over 10 rows, so around 4000 pieces of data, of which I want 25% of it - will this do it?
