Hi Im hoping you can help, I have a spreadsheet that every week figures over a year are entered into, this spreadsheet has 4 different worksheets with weekly figures on from different departments, however I have set up a seperate worksheet which I want to gather information from all of the worksheets and show at a glance the last 4 weeks of figures from each worksheet, now apart from manually moving over every week, is there anyway that the spreadsheet can grab information from the last 4 weeks automatically, in a way that it looks to see if cells are filled in and then takes that info and loks back at the last 4 weeks?

Does that make sense?

Thanks

All nearly done now thanks to your expert help thanks very much however finally how do I Change my formulas to return "" instead of zero or #DIV/0! if there is no data, Thanks

Excel Facts

Format cells as time
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).
What if this is the formula

=SUM('Liverpool Support'!AU6+'Darlington Support'!AU6+'Leeds Support'!AU6+'Bristol Support'!AU6+'London Support'!AU6+'Birmingham Support'!AU6)

Thanks

That will return #DIV/0! only if one of the referenced cells contains #DIV/0!. So you need to change the formulas in those cells.
