Is it possible to count messages/tasks from outlook and export them to an excel file.
We do our performance reporting in excel and currently staff members would manually enter tasks actioned into an access database that is then exported to excel, as a large portion of this is tasks actioned and completed from public folders in outlook I am thinking it is probably possible to have this counted directly and exported to the excel file without the need for staff to enter it as completed in the access database?
