Tasks on Excel Project(Excel Expert help)

I am working on biggest project, which is based on excel only.

I am looking excel expert help, who can help to get it done the below tasks.

1. How to add value every day in cell
This is related to adding cells value at one cell if enter the value on daily basis.
eg. I am entering value at...

first day A1 10 and A2 20 its sum is =sum(A1:A2)= 30
Second day A1 20 and A2 30 its sum is =sum(A1:A2)= 80(because, it should be stored value of the first day also)

2. How to flush cell value in one day and one week automatically

3. How to constant the day if using the =today() function
Actually, if I am using =today() function in excel and an open another day it shows the current day. but I am looking that date should be not change.

4. I have two excel file,one file has five sheets(As per the day name(monday to friday)), in which users input the value on the respected day sheet.

and second excel file, getting the value where users are entering value in the first file.

what I looking is, the only second file fetch the value from the first file, according to day only.

I would appreciate the help, because this is serious project.
