How can I disable the "template help pane" in Excel 2003?

Microsoft instructions start with....

On the Help menu, click Microsoft <var>Program Name</var> Help to display the <var>Program Name</var> Help task pane.

but there is no "Microsoft <var>Program Name</var> Help" to click on<var></var>.

Thanks,
Russ

Add Bullets to Range
Select range. Press Ctrl+1. On Number tab, choose Custom. Type Alt+7 then space then @ sign (using 7 on numeric keypad)
Microsoft <VAR>Program Name</VAR> Help that would be Microsoft Excel Help or if you were in word Microsoft <VAR>Word </VAR>Help they used <VAR>Program Name</VAR> as a General word for all word, excel, powerpoint, outlook ,
