Has anyone developed a template that will use the USPS' API to complete the shipping status of packages?

I'm looking for something simple, where I paste my shipments into an Excel File that looks like this, and then it retrieves the shipping status:

Book2

Excel Facts

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.
See if you can adapt the code here, which is for a different USPS API:

You would need to change the XML string and specify the tracking API in the URL.
